Unorganized economies main characteristics are:

1. Unorganized economy currency is always non convertible
2. Economy may or may not be market based

Unorganized economies objective is to achieved criteria of organized economies.
Example: China, India, Brazil, Russia, Korea, Taiwan and all other countries which do not have convertible currency.

Why is convertible of its currency an important criteria to become organized economy?
